Clinic Product Lead
Aligned Marketplace is the only national, value-based primary care and specialty network aiming to connect 160M+ American employees and their families to better, more affordable care that was previously not available to them. Historically, it has been difficult for employers to access this type of care –which can save organizations up to 15% of their medical spend – because of the limited geographic coverage of these clinicians, difficultly engaging high-risk members, point solution fragmentation and complexity of direct contracting. Aligned Marketplace solves all these problems by offering this network to employers through one contract, directly communicating with their members and managing value-based payments to clinicians as we pursue our mission to increase America’s healthy years.
You will be joining a very mission-oriented team at a pre-Series A, n of 1 startup working to connect 500K+ current members across the country to value-based primary and specialty care. You’ll be highly impactful with visibility across the company in an evolving but demanding role that will enable you to operate with extreme ownership!
You will be responsible for leading all products that support advanced/direct primary care and specialty clinics on Aligned Marketplace. This includes displaying member enrollment/engagement, payments, and clinic performance. Importantly, you will lead our products to enable Aligned Marketplace advanced primary care clinics to refer to high value specialist, including top performing specialist within current plan networks and direct contracts value-based specialty groups available to members through employers direct contracts. It will be imperative for you to work across major functions such as Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise Sales as we roll out scalable ways to enable a full high value care pathway between advanced primary care and value-based specialty care.
Initially, you will

- Assess current member engagement, payments, and performance reporting processes
- Continuously develop product roadmap and feature requirements.
- Work with engineering to build various modalities (portal, data sharing, EMR embedded workflows, overlays) to support advanced primary care to make high value referrals.
- Work across the company and with advanced primary care groups to deploy referral software.
You must be mission-oriented with a deep interest in healthcare and strong AI and technical aptitude. You will be expected to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with limited direction. 4-8+ years of experience in healthcare product management. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days weekly in our New York City office. The role will report directly to the CEO.
